Our enterprise Content Management System, OpenCMS, as well as being able to deliver leading websites, also functions as a Document Management System to act as a core part of your business intranet, able to store a hierarchical directory of documents and business assets. Documents are all fully indexed and searchable, with support for full search of most document types including .doc, .pdf, .xls, .ppt, .rtf, .txt, .xml, .html and more.
OpenCMS's other features are all still present for document management, such as fine-grained Access Control Lists (ACLs), publishing schedules, metadata markup, document relationship mapping and linking, links integrity management and version control. Supporting standard Windows folder access, with simple drag and drop you can have centralised storage, sharing and indexing with zero effort, using your everyday workflows.
