This application provides aggregation of all contact details and activities from all other applications in the suite into a single location for easy querying and details retrieval. Contacts may come from various locations within the EzyBizSuite product suite:

- Phone call
Activities recorded against each contact include:
- E-Commerce transactions
- Newsletter subscriptions
- mailing list inclusion
- Projects belonging to that contact
- E-Mails to/from
- Phone calls to/from
- Issues related to/raised by contact
- sales opportunities
The CRM enables detailed querying of your contacts' activities and subsequent saving of these queries, both their results as well as the query itself for repeated use.
